An electric current is applied with a very fine needle-shaped electrode, or metal probe into each hair follicle to destroy the root. There are three types and they are galvanic, thermolysis and blend.

What is electrolysis?
During electrolysis, a tiny probe, the same sieze as the hair, is gently inserted into the hair follicle, down the papilla (the part that nourishes the hair). A very low electrical current destroys the papila, ending further hair growth

Is electrolysis painful ?
Until now electrical current used in this process was transmitted at a fixed intensity, resulting in an unpleasent sensation . The latest technology has enabled to change the whole process, were the system modulates the intensity and duration of the current, achieving next- to - painless electrolysis.

Is it really permanent ?
Yes ! Electrolysys, which utilizes the probe, is the only permanent hair removal method recognised and practiced by the medical community and licensed electrologists

How long does it take?
The number of treatments depends on several factors
The area being treated

How much hair is involved
Adherence to the scheduled appointments (determined by the electrogist in accordence with the hair growth phase )
Tolerence for the procedure (tolernce is greater with the variable modulated currents used ).

How much does it cost ?
Electrolysis costs no more than other beauty and skin care treatments. however, once completed it lasts a lifetime.

Is it safe ?
Professional electrologists maintain the strict standards of hygine. sterile, disposable needles are only used once, ensuring your complete safety.
