SHIPPING METHODS

We need a signature at your end to insure delivery.

UPS shipping cost is calculated automatically. For pick up orders use the shopping cart to place your order then select "Will pick up " at the bottom of UPS shipping option.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

During the checkout process, if you check the box to insure your order, the shipping total presented on the checkout page will include the cost of insurance.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All credit card orders are processed and shipped within one to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed by electronic check through Pay Pal won't ship until the funds have cleared, which may add an additional four days to delivery time. We ship world wide. Packages ship from Vancouver Canada.

ORDER STATUS

After ordering, you can check your order status on the order status page. You will need to enter your Order ID number and email address.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express through our credit card processor by phone or online orders. You may also pay with Pay Pal.

All credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions are handled on our secure server or Pay Pal's secure websites. Oakridge Laser does collect or have access to your credit card information, and does store your credit card information on its servers for 2 days.

SALES TAX

British Columbia residents must pay 7.0% provincial tax. Canadians residents must pay 6.0% general sales tax.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we take great care when entering prices, it is possible that an item may be accidentally mispriced. In the unlikely event that this occurs, and an item's correct price is lower than the price indicated on our website, we will refund the difference to you. If an item's correct price is higher than the price indicated on our website, before shipping the item we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
